Our office design and renovation service is focused on meeting the needs of those companies or people who are in the process of moving their offices to a new space or want to improve the space where they work.

We begin the process by making a thorough assessment of the space to be designed, considering factors such as dimensions, lighting, existing materials, and possible architectural limitations. In this first instance we analyse the space with our industrialists to assess the construction possibilities, considering variables such as electricity, enclosures, or coverings.

Next, we carry out a study of the company's expectations and vision, assessing what it wants to achieve with this change, as well as its values and identity to understand its style and image.

Understanding the internal organization of the staff, as well as the way they interact with the space, allows us to adapt the project to the organization and personality of the company. We establish close communication with clients to understand their specific preferences and requirements, in order to achieve a design that optimizes the space and facilitates the daily lives of users.
By deeply understanding the dynamics of the company and the relationship between workers and the space, we are able to propose solutions that maximize the functionality and efficiency of the workspace. All without leaving aside the aesthetic and formal elements that nourish it. Our goal is to create an environment that promotes productivity, collaboration, and well-being for all employees.

We look for inspiration in different references, combinations of materials and innovative spatial solutions that respond to the needs of each client. We carefully select the furniture, accessories and equipment that best adapt to the design, the space, and the needs of the users.
The choice of furniture is not only based on its aesthetics, but also on its quality, durability, and functionality. We consider ergonomic and sustainability aspects to find the best furniture within the budget available. The colour palette, textures and materials is chosen to harmonize with the company's identity and create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

We present the project to our clients in a visual way through plans, renders and presentations that allow them to visualize the space design. To choose the models and finishes, we also visit showrooms, when possible, to test the furniture and select the materials.
Once the proposal is approved, we take care of all the necessary aspects to turn the project into reality, we oversee, manage and coordinate every detail, developing a calendar that allows us to effectively coordinate all stages of delivery. We carry out space conditioning tasks, working together with expert industrialists to optimize the space according to the project specifications.If the client wants to keep some existing elements, we take care of their transfer, guaranteeing careful and safe handling for their relocation.

Finally, we take care of assembling all the purchased furniture, making sure that each piece stays in place. Once the delivery is completed, we close the project with a photographic record of the space.
